I feel that I should explain to the Premiership players that the bonus ball should be played on the game that they are most confident of predicting correctly. It's a chance to gain an extra point but playing it on a game you're less sure of means that you run the risk of losing 3 points. What makes me think this explanation is necessary is that this week saw a complete wipe-out on the bonus ball with every single player getting it wrong - yes, randomly using a pin would probably have led to a better result!
In contrast the gamball proved more predictable (at least for some) with only 1 player losing points on it. One player, Stairs, got the gamball score correct ....but didn't play it.
Once again Minizin heads the table as the only player to achieve a double figure score from 2 correct scores from his 4 results. Stairs, Derby and SCO all scored 9 points but in very different fashion. Stairs would have been top but..well you know by now, Derby only got 3 correct scores and SCO failed to turn any of his 4 correct results into a maximum. Blue sits just a point back as he missed out on the scoreball.
The bottom 3 are a bit adrift. In contrast to Stairs, Sanjay would have been bottom if he'd chosen to play the gamball while Snooty only scored on 1 game- the gamball. Once again Zinman also took part but may be asking himself why he bothered (if only Plymouth had scored a last minute equaliser he'd have been top!)

Only one change this week with Zinman losing his share of 2nd place. Minizin extends his lead at the top but otherwise, not a lot to say.
Echoing my observations at the start of this report, the gamball has now generated more premiership points than the bonus - in Derby's case by a huge margin of 40 points. Derby and Stairs are both in negative territory from this free choice ball with Zinman soon to join them unless he can get his act together.

As Zinman so eloquently stated the playing of certain balls is down to the judgement of the participants to play them on their most confident predictions!! While the Championship did slightly better than the PL on the Bonus with 2 players scoring positive points on it, only one person managed to pick a game where both teams scored!! One player forgot to play either of them at all!!
BaggieOne is back at the top of the table this week with 12 points. He actually only scored on 3 games but he got one of only 4 CSs this week and his two CRs were on the Gamball and Bonus. Themaclad is a couple of points back, like B1 he was one of 4 players to get a CR on the Gamball. (Btw - shame on those who didn't see an Owls win on the Gamball this week!!!
And thank you to Zin for not making our game this week the Gamball.) AAA is third along with Lady Jane on 6 points, they got there in completely different ways though!
Dingle is 5th with just 4 points, he has room to spare to be able to have the odd down week especially when the top score is not even into the teens! BBB got just 3 points and I fancy that he would have scored zero had he remembered to play his Bonus, first warning for him for neglecting to play it!!
Amelia and Twerton are the bottom 2 again but this time Amelia is in the positive points, thanks to being the only player to score on the Scoreball and Twerton is heading backwards again.
