LAST MATCH

Well, no one saw that coming. Easily our best performance of the season as we thrashed playoff chasing Cardiff 5-0. We got off to a great start as we were 3-0 up midway through the first half. Borner headed in a corner, then Paterson finished well from a Palmer cross and then Reach curled a free kick into the top corner. To say Cardiff looked shell shocked is an understatement. Onto the second and although Cardiff showed a little bit more we made it four then five with superb counter attacks, with Rhodes & Reach on the end of each counter. Cardiff had there best spell towards the end of the game but we kept them out

THE MATCH

Next up and a trip to London to take on QPR. The Hoops are safely in mid table but wont be troubling the playoffs or the relegation fights, so wont have much to play for (hopefully). They do have one of the better strikers in Charlie Austin who they have on loan. They are managed Mark Warburton, he who previously managed Brentford & Rangers. Can we repeat the performance of Cardiff, I would be surprised but you never know, but it's the 3 points that matter, rather than the performance.

Needless to say this is a must win, lets hope they are mentally on the beach but if we can produce the same form as we did against Cardiff then this is winnable. Of course we haven’t been able to show that consistency yet this season but you never know!!
Cant see anything other than a win for the owls.

Nice one, Kev

So, they've shown they can adapt to hoof ball and counter teams. Too little too late still

I see we've all been sucked in by the one in a million games Cardiff win pmsl ..we are just as likely to get tranced 7-1 with wildsmith in the flucking net !!
The starting lineup apart from westwood is about as good as it can get ..
Still no dunkley what a fantastic signing he's been along with that sack of donkey huddershit kabunga !! Who we incidebtly are stuck with both for another season at least ffs ...
