Little did I think when I left Carrow Road in August having seen us lose 2-0 did I ever think once during the marathon journey home that Norwich would be top when we played them again. On that night in East Anglia the first goal was always going to be important we should have got it but Robinson's shot his the post and went to safety and ther est is now history. At the time Farke was under pressure from an increasingly disillusioned home support but things have changed since then.
Away from home these lads are nigh on invincible last time out away from Carrow they destroyed super Leeds and looked very impressive, on Sunday they beat the Tractors in the Old Farm derby which at times was a bit fiesty to say the least.
They have a good blend of experience and youth plus a goal scorer in Temu Pukki who does not seem to miss when given the chance, however possibly some seem at bit easy to wind up as was seen on Sunday be interesting to see how Buendia copes after being put in row Z by Pearson, did note also they did have the ability to fall over very easily Stiepermann being the main culprit.
Rarely keep clean sheets however they just keep scoring more than the opposition,
Early memory of a City game we once scored in 15 seconds against them and promptly lost 1-3 but in Moyes's last season we were 4 up at half time and had put in a first half performance of utter brilliance.
This should be a really good game to watch and for those Canaries travelling up tomorrow total respect.
Manager Alex Neil will have options to change his squad, with this the second of three games in a week.
The PNE gaffer said after the victory over Bolton Wanderers that midfielders Ben Pearson and Alan Browne had both been withdrawn in the local derby win after being doubts for the game and they will need to be checked before the squad is named.
One player ruled out is goalkeeper Connor Ripley; the January transfer window signing injured ankle ligaments in a reserve game last week and he faces a potential operation to repair the problem.
Louis Moult and Callum Robinson (both hamstring) and Billy Bodin and Josh Harrop (both ACL) are the only other players who are definitely unavailable through either injury or suspension.
Canaries midfielder Mario Vrančić was substituted at the end of the first half in their derby victory over Ipswich Town at the weekend and left the ground in a protective boot after turning his ankle and he will be a doubt.
City are close to being able to be call upon duo Timm Klose and Moritz Leitner once again, after long spells out with injury.
Leitner returned to team training last week following nearly two months out with an ankle injury, but may yet need more time to get up to match sharpness, while Klose is expected to return to team training this week, but will not be ready for the trip north.

For the fourth time this season we have experienced match official Geoff Eltringham taking charge of the Lilywhites as we take on league leaders Norwich City.
The referee last took charge of one of our games for the final game of 2018, when we took a point from a fine performance against Aston Villa.
Prior to that he was referee when the Lilywhites travelled to Ashton Gate and defeated Lee Johnson’s Bristol City in October. He was also in charge of North End’s trip to Elland Road back in September, having also officiated five games for Alex Neil’s side in the 2017/18 season.
Last year, having taken charge our early season game at Derby County, Geoff also took charge of the Boxing Day trip to Barnsley, our January win at Nottingham Forest, March’s victory over Bristol City at Deepdale – our last clash with the Robins - and finally our goalless draw with Norwich City in mid-April.
He also refereed one North End game in 2016/17, the home clash with our Barnsley, having also done one the previous season, the 1-0 home win over Reading.
The year prior to that he took charge of three PNE games, including the 2-0 home win over Peterborough United in March. Back in the 2013/14 campaign he also took charge of North End twice, both of those at Deepdale - the 1-1 draw with Tranmere Rovers back in November 2013 and then the goalless draw with Sheffield United in March.
The County Durham official is an experienced referee who had taken charge of North End a number of other times in the past including the very first game after the departure of Graham Westley, when John Dreyer took the team against an in-form Bournemouth side and ran out 2-0 winners.
He also looked after a thriller back in 2010, when North End overcame Crystal Palace 4-3 at Deepdale.
For the game, the referee will be assisted by Nick Hopton and Matthew McGrath, whilst fellow select group two official Oliver Langford will act as the fourth official.
Geoff has so far taken charge of 26 games this season, with 90 cautions and four red cards issued, his last game being Saturday’s local derby between Sol Campbell’s Macclesfield Town and Crewe Alexandra, which ended in a thrilling 3-3 draw.

It's not rocket science have competition for places and performances improve also getting players kit is also a bonus as North End extended their unbeaten run to six games with this hard fought win against leaders Norwich City. Although the score line looks decisive, the home sponsors man of the match was North End keeper Declan Rudd who made a pivital save at 2-0 when saving Stiepermann's penalty after Pearson had dived in on Hernandez, looked harsh at the time but television proved Uncle Geoff was right to giveIt wasn't obvious to anyone in the ground were the German was going to put the ball and Rudd duly guessed right and the pushed the ball to safety.
If that had gone in suspect we may have struggled to get anything from the game. North End were excellent in the first half having an early Davies header from a free kick to give them a lead they played some great stuff in the first half although Norwich did pose a threat with Pukki having a shot saved by Rudd with his foot before Fisher cleared the danger.
Confidence was flowing through the home side and Barkhuizen went on a run of 70 yards speeding past everyone finding Potts outside the box, his first time shot hammered off the bar to safety.
We doubled the lead from the spot after Fisher was brought down by Buendia again looked softish by Geoff got it right once again. Krul got a hand to it but Gllagher's shot still went in. Then came the visitors penalty miss and two up at half time.
City brought on score when he wants Jordan Rhodes at half time, he really didn't contribute much but the second half was mostly all Norwich, two early shots by Stiepermann and Pukki gave us warning of what was ahead, Godfrey's header from a corner was well tip over by Rudd who also did exceptionally well to force Pukki wide of goal after a woefully short back pass. After 20 minutes of being penned in our own penalty area, North End's third came out of nowhere.
Browne 30 yards out volleyed a first time effort which crashed against the bar the rebound fell to Maguire in the inside left position 12 yards out difficult half chance which he finished in style for his first goal of the season. Nmecha then had a goal disallowed for hand ball he was a little bit unlucky to get booked as he headed the ball against his own hand before it went
Game over nope, City kept on attacking as we looked to have some tired legs out on the pitch Browne headed off the line, City seemed to win thousands of corners in the second half and were finally rewarded when Pukki scored from close range.
Good entertainment for all who were there and apparently all the away support got a free pie for the journey home.
Preston manager Alex Neil told BBC Radio Lancashire: "Norwich are the type of team that come out and get up against you leaving a lot of spaces and gaps behind them.
"In the second half there were spells where we had to be behind the ball and make it difficult for them, let them try and break us down, get the ball and then hit them on the counter which worked really well.
"We did what we needed to do to win the match and we deserved to win the match. And if anything we probably should have scored another goal."
Norwich manager Daniel Farke told BBC Radio Norfolk: "We didn't start on the front foot. It was also a bit unlucky because we conceded a free-kick that wasn't a free-kick, but we should have defended the situation.
"Preston are in really good shape and it is difficult. Their penalty was a complete joke. It was never a penalty and then we missed a penalty, which was a good height for the goalkeeper. The penalty is a crucial situation and you must use it.
"We had 22 shots on goal and created plenty of chances. They had four shots on target and scored three goals. We did not deserve to lose, but it was one of those games."
