It is very strange.
I personally wouldn't rate Livermore in the top 20 of English centre midfielders on current form. He has been very poor his season and a shell of the good player that he was at Hull and when he first came to Albion.

Shocking selection, but then again it is Gareth southgate who is the most underwhelming England manager of all time. That has to be the worst England squad I've ever seen.

Pretty sure Foster retired to concentrate non his club career. Something to do with his knees if I recall.

Actually he played well against Bournemouth and he has never done anything wrong
when he has played for England. IMO
