Will The Dingles get into the BIG League? - BaggieMan - 24-10-2014

The Dingles seem to be experiencing a stuttering season - win a few, lose a few which see's them hovering in the play-off places.

In reality, the Championship is about the correct level for The Dingles given their recent history. The question is, should they fluke promotion, will they do a Derby and go straight back down with even less than the 11 points Derby achieved.

Big, big difference between the Premiership and the second level of English football, BUT, Uncle Herbert, Perton, Half-Man, Pundit & Co may say otherwise but they probably wouldn't risk saying so on Sports Babble and being clearly out bantered !

At present, the Wolves squad is at best Championship standard. It's certainly nowhere near Premier League standard, so if they do get promoted they've got a rebuilding job to do. They've got maybe two or three players of PL quality in Carl Ikeme and Bakary Sako, along with Danny Batth. The rest of the squad are unknown quantities at PL level. That said, Wolves have strengthened by serving P45s on Kevin Doyle, Roger Johnson, Jamie O'Hara and others.
