Good appointment for Southend knows and has won the division before with Charlton experienced in the leagues above as well could do well at a club who have potential

I wish him all the best. Did alright for us. It's just that the man who followed him (David Wagner) did exceptionally well that Powell's time in charge is looked on as garbage.
Like I said, he was alright.
